Gentle Exfoliation Recommendations:

• Do not use moisture creams until the 6th or 7th week of the Gentle Program. Moisturizers impede exfoliation. This would include SSS Moisture Cream and SSS Eye Repair.
• SSS BHA Scrub (Beta Hydroxy Acid) may be used two times per week on normal to dry skin. Use every other night on oily, thick skin. Apply this in a circular motion to wet face in the shower. Leave on until shower is complete. Use a circular motion while rinsing off.
• Apply SSS Eye Repair after the initial six week exfoliation and healing period. Do not put in the hollow under the eye at night; this causes “puffiness” in the morning. For daytime, use all around the eye five days per week.
• Spray SSS Liquid Moisture two to four times, any time for comfort and light moisture. Best if sprayed on clean skin.
• All products are applied from the chest to the hairline with an upward motion, behind the ears, on the ears, on the eyelids and directly under the eyes unless otherwise stated. Do not use other products while on this Program or it will dilute the effectiveness.
• If areas around the eyes, nose or lips become very dry, refrain from using SSS Retinol Night Repair in those areas for at least 48 hours. Apply SSS Calming Gel.
• Do not use SSS Night Repair or Rejuva Serum while lactating or pregnant as these products have not been tested on the effects of fetus.
• If having micro-dermabrasion - Refrain from using SSS Retinol Night Repair the night before, the day of and the night after the treatment. If having Permanent Laser Hair Reduction on these areas, refrain from SSS Night Repair for at least five days before. Follow doctor’s orders for before and after other types of laser treatments. Do not do any type of laser in these areas during the first two months of this Program.
• Prescription Drugs such as Steroids and certain Antibiotics may cause sensitivity. This may require a lighter version of the Program. Ask prescribing doctor if the drugs you are using are photosensitive. If so, do a test on a small area of the neck to see if you have a sensitive reaction .
• Accelerated Method for Moderate Exfoliation: If you feel you are not exfoliating or lightening as much as you want, you can add SSS Rejuva Serum 2-5 X per week to increase to the Moderate Exfoliation Program. This will happen with individuals who have thick or very oily skin.

Below you will find a list of additional SSS products for Rejuvenation and Nourishment. These products may be used in conjunction with the Programs when appropriate. Consult your Skin Care Specialistbefore adding these products to your Skin Care Program.

For those troubled with Acne or Oily Skin

SSS Berry Fresh Oil Control
Those who have excessive oil may add SSS Berry Fresh Oil Control every other day, alternating with Toner. Wipe away Berry Fresh Oil Control from the eyelids. Do not get this into the eyes. If you do, flush with water. Formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. It contains Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid for refining pores and balancing oil production.

	SSS Hand & Body Cream The difference between this moisturizing cream for the hands and Body and the over-the-counter brands, is that this cream uses key ingredients to penetrate all five layers of the epidermis where our moisture layer resides. You will experience deep down moisture.
	SSS Retinol Body Nectar This is a Glycolic Acid based cream for the arms, hands and chest area. It contains Retinol to keep it fresh and active. Ester C, Kojic Acid and Licorice Root help the body’s skin stay younger looking, even-toned and smoother in the same way Retin-A and PerfecTone work on the face. This works excellent for Keratosis Pilaris (known as KP), little bumps on the arms and other body areas
	SSS Liquid Moisture Liquid Moisture is a rejuvenating, beautifully scented, refreshing, spray-on moisturizer with Mucopolysacharides, Aloe Vera and Glycerin, to give a dewy feel to the skin without impeding exfoliation.
	SSS Moisture Cream Moisture Cream is a non-comedogenic moisturizer that softens dry skin and leaves a smooth, silky feeling. It contains natural moisturizers, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Copper and Peptides for firming.
	SSS Eye Repair Eye Repair is everything you ever wanted in an eye cream. It’s exquisite ingredients roster provides; firming, de-puffing, natural yet gentle brightening for dark circles, healing, soothing, protectants and humectants, and natural minerals to reflect light in order to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fatigue. 	SSS Royal Gelee Mask We thank the bees for helping us bring this very nourishing gel mask to you. It is easy to apply and nourishes quickly leaving a healthy glow. This is only a bee byproduct, so regardless of any allergy to bees themselves, you should not experience any reaction to this wonderful and relaxing mask. You may add Sulphur powder to this mask to create a very healing and bacteria fighting treatment for acne.
	SSS Pina Colada Enzyme Mask This amazing “back bar” item instantly dissolves and removes debris from the pores, allowing better product penetration and easy extraction of blackheads. It contains Vitamin E, Borage Seed Oil, Papaya, Mango Extracts and Papain and Bromelain Enzymes.
